Faculty Development
Medical rehabilitation is a continuously evolving domain. The research innovation development of test tools, protocols of intervention are making it more effective for delivering unprecedented remedies in different disorders and disabilities. The new acts like RPwD Act 2016 that accommodated a very large variety of health condition under disability necessitated the need to update the knowledge and the skill while the NEP-2020 has mandated a fresh look into teaching-learning at higher education institution. In order to remain relevant, the faculties need to be empowered. Hence, IHS continuously organizes Faculty Development Programs both online and offline mode by inviting suitable resource persons for capacity building of the faculty members.
